The One Year Anniversary

"If you are lucky enough to have lived in Paris...then wherever you go for the rest of your life, it stays with you, for Paris is a moveable feast."
- Ernest Hemingway

It's been one year to the day since I left on that plane to Paris. Looking back on my blog, I realized I never finished up and reported the last three days of my experience. Rest assured that they were filled with lots of laughter with the girls who have continued to be some of my best friends in the world. They were also filled with tears as I packed my bags and realized that sometimes, good things must come to an end. But, you know what they say...

Thank you to everyone who took the time to read any of my blog. It's been a wild adventure and I hope to have many more in the future.

I was looking over my study abroad journal and I'd like to share my very last entry. It seemed like a fitting end.

Day Forty-Two

Today, I got on a plane and left the city I fell in love with. It's been 42 days since I last saw America. Those 42 days have been the best of my life and they've changed me forever.

I love you, Paris.

Merci & Adieu
